Your use of the Website and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to our intellectual property rights, our other exclusive rights or those rights of third parties in either the Website or its contents.
By submitting information (other than your personal data), text, photos, graphics or other content to the Website you confirm that you have the right to use the same and grant us a right to use such materials at our own discretion (with or without accreditation) in any media including, without limitation, to edit, copy, reproduce, disclose, post and remove such materials from the Website.
You further agree to execute all such documents and do all such acts and things as we may reasonably require in order to assign any such rights to us.

Opening an account and placing an order
To place an order, you have to open an account with us which will require you to provide some compulsory personal information.
You confirm that all information and details provided by you to us (including on registration) are true, accurate and up to date in all respects and at all times. You can update or correct your details at any time by going to Your Account.
When you create an account we may provide you with and/or ask you to use passwords or other means to allow you to access certain areas of the Website and/or to maintain your account security. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account information. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. Acceptance of your Order
Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase products from us. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge that we have received and are processing your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we take payment from you and despatch the product(s) that you ordered from us. Prior to despatch of the product(s), We have the right to decline an order for any reason, including legal and regulatory reasons.
The duration of our contract with you will start from when you receive the order despatch email and last until the last day of your right to return the products.
If we cannot supply you with the product you ordered, we will not process your order, inform you of this in writing (including email) and, if you have already paid for the product or service, refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.
If the fulfillment of an order (or any aspect of it) would be illegal or unlawful, including by reason of breach of export controls or sanctions rules, we have the right to stop or cease to fulfil the order at any time, including after despatch of products and/or notification to you that the order has been received and is being processed. You acknowledge that we shall incur no liability in such circumstances.
All card payments are subject to authorization by your card issuer.
All products ordered will remain the property of us until we have delivered the products to the address specified by you or they have been collected in store. If your payment is not received and you have already received the products you ordered from us, you must pay for or return those products to us in accordance with our reasonable return instructions and in the same condition that you received them at your own expense. If you do not do this within 30 days of the date on which we cancel your order, we may collect or arrange for collection of the products at your expense. We reserve the right to charge you for any and all damage to (or other adverse interference with) any products that are the subject of an unpaid order.
Delivery and Collection

Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the delivery address. You’ll find the details of our delivery charges and timescales as follows:

Delivery will be to Hong Kong or international address. If no one is available at a residential or other address at the time of delivery, a note will be left to advise whether your order has been left in a safe place, e.g. returned to the depot.
All risk in the products you order (including the risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.
We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
You will need to bring a printout of your order confirmation when you collect your order.
Owing to customs. Legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations, we reserve the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination.
The Prices are exclusive of any and all applicable Taxes and Duties. You are responsible for the payment of any and all Taxes payable on the purchase, import, and customs clearance of the Goods when the Goods arrive at your destination country/region. You are advised to contact your local customs authority for details and procedures of payment of such Taxes.
Where applicable, it will be your sole responsibility to comply with any export controls or sanctions rules applicable to goods supplied to you.
PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
To protect the best interests of our customers, you should check the goods in front of the courier when received. Please contact our customer service immediately if facing any problems. If courier does not allow checking before the sign, you can reject to sign and contact our customer service. If any defects, shortages or other problems found after signing, the customer does so at its own responsibility.
If the goods have to be returned due to the quality defects, the customer is required to take photos of the goods that need to be returned/exchanged, and return/exchange according to the below procedures.
The request of return/exchange can be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase (as determined by the date of signing for the purchase) due to any quality defects of the products.
If the returned/exchanged product is determined to be the reason of quality defects, shipping fees will be paid in advance by the customer and we will return the shipping fees to you after the return/exchange procedures completed. Returns/exchange for any reason other than quality defects, such as color, size, etc., the shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
Gifts are not exchangeable.
Please keep the receipt properly for the after-sales service. If return/exchange products, please include the receipt.
To ensure the goods send to us safely, please use express delivery to return the goods. We refuse any mail, logistics or "payment on delivery".
Criteria for Accepting Exchanges
After checking the goods in front of the courier, if a flawed product received, you should reject to sign and contact our customer service to request for exchange immediately, with any quality defects or is not consistent with the description on the website.
*Procedure of Product Exchanges: Checking the goods in front of the courier → Received a product flawed, with any quality defects or is not consistent with the description on the website → Reject to sign and contact our customer service to request for exchange → LARMES will arrange to send the replaced products (The arrival time of goods need to be recalculated) → Customer receive the goods.
Criteria for Accepting Returns
After checking the goods in front of the courier, if a flawed product received, you should reject to sign and contact our customer service to request for return immediately, with any quality defects or is not consistent with the description on the website.

You have to return the products to us within 7 days of receiving if you find that the products are unusable because of quality defects, the shipping fees will be borne by us.
*Procedure of Product Returns: Contact our customer service to request for refund → Taking photos of the goods that need to be returned → Click the button “Applying for After-sales Service” to submit the request of refund and the photos of the goods → Customer service of LARMES determine the products have a quality defect → Sending back the products to DAUMIER (shipping fees will be paid in advance by the customer, LARMES will return the shipping fees to you after the return procedures completed) → LARMES received the products → LARMES will deal with the return within 3 working days
Products are unusable with quality defect even after one exchange.
*Procedure of Product Returns: Contact our customer service to request for return → Taking photos of the goods that need to be returned → Click the button “Applying for After-sales Service” to submit the request of return and the photos of the goods → Customer service of LARMES determine the products have a quality defect → Sending back the products to DAUMIER (shipping fees will be paid in advance by the customer, DAUMIER will return the shipping fees to you after the return procedures completed) → LARMSE received the products → LARMSE will deal with the return within 3 working days
We Reserve the Right to Reject your Request of Return/Exchange in the following circumstances:
Out of the above 3 criteria for return/exchange and/or the request of return/exchange does not receive within 7 days;
Damage to any part of the products resulting from the use, failure to operate, precision defects or customer personal reason.
The products that customer requests to return/exchange are not intact (such as missing any packing materials or gifts);
Products did not purchase from LARMES official site;
Tailor-made products or opened products in a condition that it cannot be sold again.
The products are disassembled or modified by the customer (including but not limited to unauthorized repair, modification, destruction, disassembly, altering the compulsory product certification mark, indicate label, serial number, etc.).
